DOUBLE DIGITS...

OMG!!! I am down to less than 100 days of being pregnant. It sure does go by fast, from this point on I think it is going to go even faster. I have Halloween, then Thanksgiving and Christmas and before I know it the end of January will be here! I am assuming this is going to be the last time I am pregnant so I am trying to enjoy it (since I wont experience it again), but I am just so much bigger then in the past and all the aches and pains are coming on so much sooner. The only thing not happening yet is heartburn, I'm sure that is on its way though! Now, I just need to get into baby mode. Am I going to go crazy and pull all my hair out with four? We still haven't a name that we both agree on, and its so much harder to pick out boy names than girl names. I guess I still have 99 days to decide! Wish me luck!

BYU vs. Utah

BUY vs. U of U

I don't know how this happened.... Some how I have a huge rivalry going on in my house. Morgan is all about the Cougars. As a little girl, she always wants BLUE, not pink because BLUE is for "GO COUGARS!" Jaden..just the opposite-RED! Everything has to be RED! Britton who is only 2 knows who he likes...all you have to say is go COUGARS and he looks at you and says... "NO-GO UTES!"

Church Canceled???

This morning we woke up to about 6 inches of snow.  It was so fun to look outside and see all the trees covered!  The kids loved it, and couldn't wait to run and play it it, so this morning they were out there in their PJ's (Jaden just in his undies).  I don't think Britton remembered the snow last year because he was so excited every time he got to go outside.  We have the late church block, so we had a lot of free time this morning to play.  After we got everyone dressed and ready for 1:00 church, we were out the door, and as we are leaving the snow begins to fall again.  We get to church and have baby blessings, so there we are on the front row!  In our ward everyone thinks the start time is 12:45 because if you are there any later then you are on the front row, so we are pretty used to that!  About half way through Sacrament, the power goes out.  Not just on and off, but totally out.  Pitch black in the Chapel....so we finish the meeting.  Those left sure did have to talk loud since the microphone no longer worked.   After the meeting, Church was dismissed.  Not to often do you hear about that.  Usually rain or shine, church will go on!

Another First Day...

Jaden waited and waited for this day to come. He started Pre-School a few days after Morgan started school and he was so sad that it wasn't his time to start school. The Pre-School waits until after Labor Day, to start. He is such a fun loving boy. He has a few kids in his class from last year, and he just can't wait to jump out of the car to run and play with all the kids. He always wants to be the first one to be dropped off, and the last one to be picked up. He loves to chase the girls at recess and thinks that show and tell is the neatest thing each week! Jaden is so full of energy, he is very obedient and loves to socialize. He is such a smart little boy, I want to get him reading before he starts Kindergarten!

Jaden and Jacob...one of his favorite friends at school!

He said what????

On Saturday night I went to Heartland to do some scrapbooking for a little girl time. On my way out the door, Jaden came running after me. I thought he was going to ask for a treat or something and he said....

Jaden- "Hey mom???"
Mom- "Yea bud?"
Jaden- "Have a great time okay!"
Mom- "What did you say? Did you just tell me to have a good time?"
Jaden- "Yea.....(with a huge grin on his face)"

I have a bunch of sweet kids.....I LOVE YOU!

First Grade!

Wow....Am I really this far behind? A little over a month ago, Morgan
got to start the First Grade! I can not believe how time flies, it seems
she just went to Pre-School. So far, she is totally loving school. She
loves recess and lunch time. Morgan is such a sweetheart, the other
day when picking her up from school her teacher stopped me (she does the cross walk in front) and wanted to tell me what had happened that day. Here is the story.... Since the beginning of school, her class has been
learning that they are a "NUT FREE ZONE!" She has a little girl in her class who has extremely bad peanut allergies. Morgan has been loving the fact that I have made her a "HOME LUNCH" for the last few weeks.
A reward her group had received for getting 10 points was that they got to eat lunch in the classroom with her teacher. They were so excited, but Morgan realized that she was on the same table as this girl with the nut allergies, and Morgan had brought a PB&Honey sandwich from home. Her teacher told me that Morgans eyes filled up with tears and was so worried that she was going to make this little girl sick and have to go to the hospital because she had the PB on her sandwich. Morgan has always been such a loving caring little girl and I can not believe how time flies. What a sweetheart you are I love you!

Six weeks.....ALREADY!

Six weeks ago Morgan got to go on a fun "GIRLS" outing. We have been trying for years to get her to stop sucking her fingers. The goal was if she stopped, she would get her ears pierced. She stopped towards the end of winter and it took me this long to honor my word...What a beautful little princess with her new "BLING"....

** Before **

** During **

This is as bad as she got, no tears actually fell from her eyes, they just filled up that was it! What a brave little girl. Oh and by the way, she had to do one at a time!

Now that it has been six weeks since the time of her piercings, she gets to take out the earings and can put different ones in. I am fine if she just wants to leave them in for as long as possible, who knows what it will be like to actually see if she will let me take them out!

** After **

You are such a BEAUTIFUL little girl Morgan, I can't believe how fast you are growing up! I love you!
