Headstrong and fiesty. You have a mind of your own that's full of romantic dreams about the world around you. Exploring exotic places is your ultimate dream, and although you can be a little naive you'll realize that there is something to be gained from your family's wisdom.

Which Disney Princess Are You?

Trek...

Val Verda Stake Trek 2008....Ma and Pa Tidwell Family!

Here is my cute little family on day one. Does it look like anyone knows anyone? Nope, we started with a shy family and no one knew what to think. What a bunch of cuties!

We had to set up camp for a few nights, how creative can we get??? We had to cover up 12 people in the little place! Nice and cozy...
Wednesday all 188 kids went on a "faith" walk, hand in hand they winded, climbed, triped and relied on each other.
The girls favorite part of each day was trying to get in time to braid their hair. It was so fun and relaxing to sit and get your hair done when the rest of you was dirty and stinky.
And the best part....riding the pony!!
We had such a neat experience on trek. Neither Mike nor I had the experience in our youth and it was so fun! So much hard work and preparation went into putting this event on! We can only hope to be able to have the chance to do it again. We learned so much about our family history, the youth today, and ourselves!

Summer Fun!

We got to go on a super fun trip with friends to Lake Mead in June. We had so much fun laying in the sun, boating and hanging out in the water. Our friends moved to Virginia last year and it was so nice to visit and let the kids run around. Thanks for the great trip Porters!
Morgan surfing with her daddy.....

Jaden on the surf board. Just letting go!

Even Britton loved the surf board....

Looks like the kids must be having fun!

Baseball!

Jaden had his first year of baseball this year. It was so fun to watch him. He is such an athlete. He loves interacting with all the kids. He was the younges on his time. The team consisted of 4,5 and 6 year olds. He did so good. Best of all, he was on grandpa's favorite team. GO BRAVES!
